 Our brokerage began operating under a different name in the summer of 2004 but evolved into today’s platform and name, Ace Tech Real Estate, LLC. Our name pretty much sums it up. We are in business to help buyers, sellers, tenants, investors, and developers, (Residential, Business, Land & Commercial), achieve their goals.


Our 100% commission plan is straightforward and very competitive for today’s Full time or Part time experienced and motivated tech-driven agents with No, (Zero) Monthly Fees. Our agents only pay $175 per residential sale transaction + $100 for E & O; + $275 admin fee (not applicable on residential leases.

With our brokerage you the agent has freedom and flexibility to run your business how you feel it is best for you. We realize that no one knows your clients and their needs better than you do. Therefore, you can work from anywhere, at anytime from a home office, etc., negotiate your own commission with clients, offer to charge a flat fee or even rebate back a buyer. What requirements are needed to join Ace Tech Real Estate?
Anyone with a Florida Real Estate license who is active may join. Once you have joined our brokerage you will need to become a member of the Miami Association of Realtors. In case you already belong to another association, you may transfer your membership.

Do I have to join the Miami Association of Realtors to Join?
Yes. In order to have access to the MLS and all additional member benefits provided to our agents we prefer that you join the Miami Association of Realtors. The Miami Association of Realtors has convenient locations to serve you.

Do I have to sign a long, tedious agreement?
No, our agreement is short and you may cancel the agreement and our brokerage relationship at anytime.

Do I have to pay any monthly fees?
No. Unlike other brokerages you never have to pay a monthly fee to us. Required fees due to Broker are disclosed in our Independent Contractor Agreement between Broker and Associate. No sale, No fees.

Can I email required documents for a transaction to Broker?
We utilize a user-friendly paperless transaction manager to submit all documents to Broker but if for some reason you wish to submit the docs via email to Broker, you may do so.

How soon can I receive my commission after a closing?
In most cases you can get your commission at closing. If for some reason you aren’t able to receive your commission at closing, we will pay you your commission via e-check upon funds having cleared.

Are there any type of sales quota I need to attain?
No. None whatsoever but we’d like to see all agents succeed by reaching sales goal.

Do I have to use all of the recommended brokerage technology?
No. Some are optional but others are highly recommended for us to be able to work smart and efficiently.

Do you offer Broker support and training?
Yes, you may contact Broker whenever you need any real estate related support or have any compliance questions.
